- 1/2 frozen banana
- 1/2 scoop vanilla protein powder
- 1/2 cup milk of choice
- 1/2 cup water
- 1t maca
- 1/4t xantham gum (optional…it helps to thicken it)
- Truvia (optional)
Directions: Add all ingredients (except ice) to a blender, and blend until smooth. Add ice (I use a lot because I like VERY thick “malts”) and blend until you reach desired consistency. Add truvia packet if you prefer your malt to be sweeter.
