- 1/4 cup quick oats (or 1/3 cup rolled oats)
- 1/2 cup milk of choice
- 1/2 cup Greek Yogurt
- 1T chia seeds
- 1/2 banana, sliced
- pinch salt, cinnamon
- 5 large strawberries, chopped
- 2.5T sliced almonds
- Combine oats, milk, yogurt, chia seeds, cinnamon, salt, and banana in a bowl.
- Place in fridge overnight.
- In the morning, add strawberries, raspberries, blueberries, and sliced almonds to bowl.
- Mix it all up, and revel in these berry awesome oats!
