- 1 cup walnuts
- 1T molasses
- 1/2 t cinnamon
- 1/2 t ginger
- 1/4 t ground cloves
- 1/8 t salt
- Dry-roast walnuts in a pan until golden-brown.
- Remove from pan and allow to cool for 5-10 minutes.
- Add walnuts to processor, and add molasses, cinnamon, ginger, cloves, and salt.
- Process for 10 minutes or until desired smoothness is reached.
