Gingerbread Walnut Butter

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup walnuts
  • 1T molasses
  • 1/2 t cinnamon
  • 1/2 t ginger
  • 1/4 t ground cloves
  • 1/8 t salt

Directions:

  1. Dry-roast walnuts in a pan until golden-brown.
  2. Remove from pan and allow to cool for 5-10 minutes.
  3. Add walnuts to processor, and add molasses, cinnamon, ginger, cloves, and salt.
  4. Process for 10 minutes or until desired smoothness is reached.
