- 1/3 cup roasted unsalted cashews
- 1/3 cup unsweetened coconut flakes
- 1.5 t honey
- pinch salt
- Combine cashews, coconut flakes, honey, and salt in a mini food processor (or regular-sized food processor).
- Process on high until smooth.
- Scrape down sides as needed.
- Repeat steps 1-3 until desired quantity is made.
- Enjoy, and try not to devour all at once! 🙂
