Honey Cashew-Coconut Butter

Ingredients:

  • 1/3 cup roasted unsalted cashews
  • 1/3 cup unsweetened coconut flakes
  • 1.5 t honey
  • pinch salt

Directions:

  1. Combine cashews, coconut flakes, honey, and salt in a mini food processor (or regular-sized food processor).
  2. Process on high until smooth.
  3. Scrape down sides as needed.
  4. Repeat steps 1-3 until desired quantity is made.
  5. Enjoy, and try not to devour all at once! 🙂
