- 1 large whole grain tortilla
- 1/2 cup rinsed and drained kidney beans
- 1/4 diced tomato
- 1/4 diced normal-sized avocado (or 1/2 diced small avocado)
- 2T hummus
- several shakes of oregano
- feta or cheese of choice (optional)
- Assemble kidney beans, avocado, tomato, and hummus on wrap.
- Garnish with oregano and feta.
- Wrap up in foil for an easy and healthy on-the-go lunch!
