Simply Cinnamon Overnight Oats

Ingredients:

  • 1/3 cup rolled oats (or 1/4 cup quick oats)
  • 1T chia seeds
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1-2 t cinnamon
  • pinch of salt
  • 1/2 sliced banana
  • handful of blueberries
  • 1T nut butter

Directions:

  1. Combine oats, chia seeds, milk, yogurt, cinnamon, and salt in a bowl. Mix well.
  2. Place in refrigerator overnight.
  3. In the morning, add sliced banana, blueberries, and nut butter to the mixture.
  4. Stir as desired, and enjoy!

Serves one.
